Legal agreement governing your use of rvvip2 services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and rvvip2 ("Platform", "We", "Our", "Company") governing your access to and use of the rvvip2 online gaming platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

You may maintain only one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If rvvip2 detects multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void any bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice. Any bonuses obtained through multiple Accounts will be forfeited.
You must use your own funds for all deposits and wagers. You may not deposit funds that belong to someone else, funds obtained illegally, or funds intended for another purpose (e.g., rent, utilities, debt payments). As part of our regulatory compliance and security measures, we require all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian ID card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot). Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. You must immediately notify rvvip2 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. rvvip2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account use if such use occurred due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
You must ensure that all Account information remains accurate and up-to-date. If your residential address, phone number, email address, or payment method information changes, you must update your Account details immediately. rvvip2 reserves the right to suspend Accounts with outdated or inaccurate information until verification can be completed.
rvvip2 accepts deposits through authorized Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier status. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB for bank transfers) or immediately (for e-wallets 24/7). rvvip2 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. You may not withdraw funds to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times vary: verified Accounts typically receive withdrawals within 1-3 hours during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB), while first-time withdrawals may require up to 24 hours for additional verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. rvvip2 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
To prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with anti-fraud regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 500,000 deposit must generate at least Rp 500,000 in total wagers before funds become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement applies to both deposited funds and any associated winnings.
All transactions on rvvip2 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your Account balance, bets, winnings, and all financial statements are displayed in Rupiah. We do not support currency conversions or multi-currency Accounts.
rvvip2 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements results in automatic forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds. Only your original deposited amount (minus any amounts already wagered and lost) will be available for withdrawal.
Each game available on rvvip2 has specific rules governing gameplay, betting options, payouts, and odds. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rvvip2's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
rvvip2 relies on third-party service providers for game content, payment processing, and other services. We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or failures caused by these third-party providers. All disputes regarding game outcomes, payment processing delays, or other third-party service issues will be resolved in accordance with the applicable provider's terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. rvvip2 is not responsible for your gambling losses, gambling-related financial problems, or any consequences arising from your decision to gamble. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling activity, setting appropriate budgets, and seeking help if gambling becomes problematic.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting closure. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance and forfeit any active bonuses. Account closure is typically processed within 24-48 hours. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you must register a new Account if you wish to use rvvip2 services in the future (subject to eligibility).
If you believe you have a gambling problem or need a break from gambling, you may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, make deposits, or place bets. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration chosen. If your Account is suspended, we will notify you via email with the reason for suspension and any required actions.
If your Account is terminated for cause (e.g., fraud, violation of Terms), rvvip2 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your Account. If your Account is terminated without cause or you voluntarily close your Account, you will receive your Account balance minus any active bonuses and any amounts owed to rvvip2.
